BS-PTT Wireless PTT (Push-to-Talk) Device - Compatible with GMRS-PRO and UV-PRO Radios & HFP Bluetooth Headsets for Effortless Wireless Communication

The BS-22 is what I've been looking for. Remote PTT and will work with my Airpods Pro. Easily paired and worked the first time. I was worried about the pair button being the same as the PTT but once paired it worked fine. For those of you who don't like the strap you can replace it with one that will fit around your arm. You can get the velco at Home Depot, Lowes or Walmart. I don't like how hard it is to replace the battery. I tried with just my hand but couldn't get it. I'll try by putting a piece of tape around the unit, so I won't scratch it, and use a pair of pliers. It's nice that they supplied another battery but that just tells me they will be drained fast. Overall I like it.

Worked sporadically. Came apart after 6 months.

This little BTECH PTT button bound without difficulty to my BTECH GMRS-PRO radio - more importantly it stayed bound. I had previously tried the PRYME brand BT PTT but that button would not stay connected and would time out and shut down, after a few minutes of inactivity. This one is going strong and stays connected throughout the day. The wireless button is a great addition to the headset and BTECH GMRS-PRO RAM Mount I sourced on etsy, and makes operating the radio, hands free, an absolute pleasure. One minor issue is the difficulty in opening it up to change the battery, that twist-off cover is on there pretty tight and difficult to grasp - I'm concerned I'll break it, trying to service the battery. Strap is just the right size for its intended purpose (i.e. handle bar mounting) and fits great on the brake toggles of a Paraglider/PPG wing.

I have finally been successful pairing and initial testing this product. Seems to be ok and a bit of use will help me through how well it works in the field. But …. The product was delivered with a battery already in the product and an extra battery. The battery in the product was dead DOA and scratched on the positive side with 5 or so scratches meaning it had been removed and reinserted several times. Once i replaced the battery I was successful. Bottom line the product was used and I paid full price. Beware when you receive the product.

The function of this PTT is great and I like the small form factor. The cons, I wish it was usb-c rechargeable and the bezel & threads are hot garbage. It’s very fragile and when you change batteries you should do it under a magnifying glass and be very careful with the crappy plastic threads. Also, it literally feels like the bezel is only grabbing one and half threads. There is no grip on the chrome bezel. Also, expensive for what it is. But yes, it works well with my radio. Update: After less than a year of use either the battery is already dead or the unit has failed. I don’t even feel like changing the battery to find out. I dread having to unscrew the poorly made, cheap plastic threads. This thing is not worth what they are charging for it. I’m going to find something that’s rechargeable, even if I have to get a different radio.

First, it works really well with the BTECH radio. Super easy to pair. Second, it only comes with a Velcro strap to mount on handlebars or whatever else you might be using this for. Third, the battery life is not great. It appears to go through it quite quickly. Fourth, the battery is an odd size. While I understand the need to make it small, sometimes it’s more convenient to use a more commonly used battery size, e.g. CR2032. So I’ll need to keep a stock of these batteries for this PTT button only. This is the main reason I gave it a 3 star rating. Otherwise, the price is a little high under the circumstances.
