Love the mugs, you can hold them and because the double wall, the mug is not hot. Highly recommend.

The cups are beautiful! They keep the coffee hot, and they look great. We love them!

I bought these mugs for 2 reasons, they seem like quality coffee mugs, and they look amazing.However, within the first few days of using them, we noticed a major issue. When we washed them, water and soap got all inside of the air between the glass. This is extremely frustrating as it is near impossible to get the soap out. The soap and water enters on this little mark from the production of the cup on the bottom of the mug. This little mark already bothered me that it was there, as it detracts from some of the aesthetics of the mug.The soap additionally just makes the mug look and feel cheap. A few days later we pulled the offending mug back out, and it still had water in it. See the pictures to see how bad it was. I assume with more use and washing the soap and water issue would get worse and worse.

So far these cups are doing their job.They are nice and they keep the drinks hot.But they have a major design flow -It might be due to the bottom not being totally flat, every time we use them and put them on the counter when their bottom is a bit wet, they'll stick to the counter!Next morning I can't pick them up, and I need to juggle them cautiously while pouring water around them, until they finally get loose.I'm very worried that one day the body will stay in my hand and the bottom will stay on the counter.

They are very nice.

They are a very flimsy glass. I kept tapping them to see if they were glass or plastic.

I had thought that these cups would be more like mugs for coffee but they are disappointingly thin and not hefty— I gave them as a gift and they became perfect tea cups but that was not my intention when selected

Beautiful set of mugs. I have been washing them in the dishwasher and no issues what's so ever. Very satisfied

Great looking, feels a bit more like plastic than glass. Does not go in the dishwasher as water will enter the pressure release valve and trap water between the two walls. Otherwise, nice mugs

These are being sold as Jacobi and they are definitely not.Instead of glass, they are made of plastic and have parts coming off the bottom.

This company does not stand behind their product - asked for a replacement mug over a month a go and no resolve. I have just been ignored. They say they are dishwasher safe - but then the water gets between the two walls.
