Q: Has anyone ever used it? Is it the same color as the gel polish in the picture?

Yes, you get the look in the picture with 3 coats, a little different from other pink nail polish, but I love this jelly pink !

Q: Why does my nail polish not dry?

I've bought here many times and it works well, I haven't encountered any cases where it doesn't dry. Is it because your UV lamp is not powerful enough? Or are you treating this as nail polish? Because nail polish will dry naturally, but gel nail polish will not, gel nail polish must use the UV lamp. I will first apply a layer of base coat, then gel nail polish, and finally a layer of top coat, each time curing with UV lamp for 60 seconds, so there is never a problem of non-drying.
