I got this for one external wood door that had a small gap at the bottom. It's easy enough to cut, but it's still pretty thin. If the door isn't *quite* smooth, the adhesive will have issues sticking. Also if it touches the floor AT ALL, it will start to pull off the door, and the plastic starts to bend. Plus it will make noise when the door moves. All in all, this is an OK product, just don't expect too much. Fortunately they give you enough that you can re-do it multiple times if you get it wrong. And if you need to you can get better tape for it.

Used it to provide privacy in a room that has barn style door, was exactly what I needed it for and looks good with and added quarter round to hold it in place. The adhesive strip was almost useless but after brad nailing quarter round through it it's good to go.

This is for my front door, it is a white door without carpet underneath. Although I had to move the rug away from the path of the door. I followed the instructions and heated the strip prior to attaching it. The thickness of the strip and pulling it from a "circle" state of storage, makes it a little difficult to place it smoothly on the base of the door.I have been using it for close to three months. It is sticking well with heavy open/closing door use. This door was loosing a ton of a/c and heat in the winter (it was always cold near this door) I feel it is saving me money and the temperature is normal now.Most of my other doors are brown, so I am not sure I will attach a white strip to those or not. It accomplished what I needed for the main doorway.

This is exactly what I needed for a bunch of my doors! Came with plenty to do all of the doors that I needed this on. You can see in the picture it blends great with the white door and was SUPER easy to install. I just measured it by hand (unrolled a bit, held it up to the door and cut it with scissors). Its been stuck on that door for a couple months now and has helped a lot with the noise reduction! I also have this on a laundry door where there was a significant gap between the bottom of the door and the floor and it worked great for there too! No complaints and I would 100% recommend!
