This pillow is really nicely made. Some odor but not bad. I was excited to get it, try it, because my old latex pillow is worn out. It does have a wonderful soft yet supportive feel. Sadly it's just too high for me to sleep on my side or back, so I will be sending it back. I'm small with painful neck issues and headaches and although it felt so comfortable the height increased my headache and stiff neck. I have to say this pillow is worth trying and I don't regret ordering it esp with the free return.UPDATE:Changed to 5 stars. I decided to keep this pillow. It had a very slight smell but a few hrs on the porch, it was gone. This is the most comfortable pillow I've ever used so far bar none. It's a bit high for sleeping on my back but at least I know this pillow is good and I can use it and enjoy sleeping on it. Soft, but supportive. You can look at a lot of pillows, esp the shredded latex as I have done and wanted, but the reviews are very confusing. For me, this one I did my own review when I bought it and tried it. It's a comfy pillow and I haven't seen any negatives.Update again:Neither of us can use this pillow w/o getting a stiff neck. It feels so comfortable but it's impossible for either of us to use when back sleeping. It feels so durable I guess it will become an extra pillow for back support on the recliner. Maybe if used awhile in that way it will loose some of it's loft.

THAT IS ME with pillows AND mattresses.I had 40 pillows in my amazon cart...have bought 5 different pillows in store and returned them. My idea was to NOT have to drive to and from stores to buy/return pillows and buy on Amazon with free shipping/returns.Of the 40 selected pillows that I was ready to try, I took a chance and started with THIS pillow -JUVIA King high loft (I'm a 100% side sleeper.)I opened it yesterday (Very nice packaging and presentation...which I would expect for a ONE HUNDRED dollar pillow;-) and put my head on it for a minute. YESSS!!! I thought. This has a good chance of being "the one!"I slept on it last night and it was HEAVEN for me. (remember, side sleeper!!!!- this pillow has real "loft" and height.) It will NOT work for a stomach sleeper (weirdos!) but might work for a back sleeper!It is medium softness (the pillow I was replacing was a latex that is 12 years old and had become TOO hard for the princess and the pea girl.) I actually developed some ear cartilage "growth thing" that the doctor said was from "pressure" and I swear it was from the hard a$$ pillow:-(More:The pillow is DECEIVING when you get the box. I was like "huh. there is a fluffy PILLOW IN THAT LITTLE BOX? WTH" I opened it (carefully with the provided opener int he envelope which I almost missed!) and it EXPLODED into all of it's glorious-ness!Initially (within a minute or two) I stuck my nose on it to smell and I did not like what I smelled? but I gave it 3 hours before bed and put it in my pillowcase and went to sleep. I have a VERY sensitive nose (my kids will attest...I can smell a dirty sock from a mile away and start screaming to take off that sock!) and I had no issues sleeping with it and noticing a smell.I will update this review if something changes....like a fluffy pillow that goes "splat" after 6 months (cause for a "benjamin" I expect it to last!)I am buying a second one today for the other side of the bed!So happy that I found a pillow!!! PLEASE LET THIS STAY THE PERFECT WAY IT IS!

I got the medium firm high loft one, in standard. I'm 5'5", narrow shoulders, sleep on an organic latex mattress that's a bit on the firm side.Cons:- Not tall enough for side sleeping because it's a little too soft. It's close, but my shoulder still scrunches up too much because it allows my head to sink in more than anticipated.- The middle is the tallest or most dense part, the edges are not as tall and dense. This means no neck support, but it pushes my head up. I would probably like this pillow if it was an even density from edge to edge, like a flat top. But it's rounded upwards. I always feel like my head is pushed up with a straight neck when I sleep on my back.-Stiff neck in the morning, but my head doesn't achePros:-Very well constructed, strong and durable.-No chemical smells (I'm very sensitive!)-Is soft under my head and doesn't create any pressure, so no headaches.-Standard fills out my queen size pillow case.Unfortunately... this just isn't good enough for me. I can see why others would like it, but the shape of it doesn't make sense for my body. I would love this exact softness in a slightly higher loft in a contoured design for neck support. Or honestly, just a flat top.

I ordered the queen high profile pillow, and I do just want to mention that the pillow is not queen size. It is a standard size pillow. Not a big deal to me, but thought it was worth mentioning. Apart from that it is very nice. I am a side and back sleeper with a small frame, and this pillow is very comfortable for me. I am not sure it would be supportive enough for a side sleeper with a larger frame. It is quite bouncy, not super firm. However the fact that it gives consistent support works well for me. I've found that memory foam pillows, especially the shredded foam ones, over time, do not give consistent support and I end up having neck and shoulders issues. The cover on this is very nice too. The smell isn't super strong compared to other latex pillows I've tried, and it seems to dissipate rather quickly. It took about 3-4 hours for the pillow to regain its normal shape after removing from the package. I would recommend giving this a try, however if you are looking for a very firm feeling pillow, in my opinion this probably isn't the one.
