A very handy way to take a supplement. These gummies taste delicious and are easy to remember to take during my morning routine. However, the recommended dose of 2 gummies only contains 150mg of collagen. The minimum recommended dose is 500mg. A bottle contains 60 which is supposed to be one month’s supply but you’d need to take 6 a day to benefit. They might be cheap but if you only get 10 days worth then they actually work out to be really expensive! I’ve been taking them for a month and haven’t noticed a difference so I’m not buying these again. I’ve chosen another, more potent brand. I’ve given 4 stars because they do actually taste nice and contain exactly what they say they do. If you only want 150mg per day then they are great.

They taste great and are easy to take

They do taste of strawberry, but then the fish taste is definitely in there! Chew quick and swallow and it’s more than ok. If you have a sensitive stomach, don’t go for the two a day straight off, horrendous griping pains and eventually some diarrhoea on off for first few days. I will use these but not sure I will replenish if and when I complete the bottle.

I have been taking these about a month and have had noticed my nails especially seem to be growing quicker, don’t know about the hair or skin benefits as have just started but would recommend and will keep taking. Also are really easy to take and no nasty aftertaste.

Good price deal as collagen supplement. Gummy texture is good apart from the sugary coating ( for those who are sugary conscious individuals 😉) . It works for me and will buy again.
