I do a cycle of 3-5× 3g in 16oz of water & switching it with Chlorella every 5-7days. Why? Chlorella has Digestible B12, Spirulinas B12 is non Digestible, so to avoid any potential B12 abortion and to ensure i get the benefits if both, i Cycle between both. Chlorella from Yupik is also good quality, compared to another brand that I tried for cheaper price... Both this Spirulina and Chlorella greatly reduce to almost completely eliminate my body oder, it's great since I don't use deodorant- going on like 3yrs...Color is dark and beautiful. Dissolves perfectly.

Adds a seaweed flavor to your recipe. I think it’s healthy also. Delicious

Quality is great, shipped quickly, and taste is great. You get so much for a wonderful price and product which offer good benefits. The only downside I have is the packaging, it can be quite messy, it got all over the counters and all over me because when I received it, the bag wasn’t pressed sealed once I ripped off the top to open it (if you get the product, there’s the inner press seal, and then the top seal which you rip off to open) other than that great! 😊 I use it in my morning mix vanilla yogurt and add chia seeds, granola, fresh fruit, and agave. It’s delicious 😋

Spirulina is so underrated. It is a SUPER food. The best part is that it is sooo easy to add a sprinkle to any food or drink. It has an earthy taste that is pretty easily covered up with other flavors. Great price and quality.

Good quality

This is a great product, really good source product for the price. The resealable ziplock bag it is in actually works. This powder is sure fine, and can easily get everywhere. It’s nice to have a product that can be put back with out making a huge mess.

The smell is awful and so is the taste but I know it's good for me. I don't use it that often. The texture is fine but I hate seeing something with a pretty color turn into the green goblin. Eek lol. I've mixed it in smoothies and I guess it's been ok.

***An edit for anybody taking or interested in taking this product. I discovered that It contains a version of the vitamin B-12. Called "Pseudo B-12". Our bodies cannot make much use of it, but it does bind to our receptors just enough, that it may prevent our bodies from absorbing the version of B-12 that our bodies require. I suggest scheduling your consumption of spirulina for a time AFTER you get most of your b-12 for the day, NOT in the Morning... so as not to run into any unintentional issues with with daily vitamin intake. First time taking spirulina. The color is so vividly beautiful. A lovely, dark emerald forest green. Taste wonderful too. Didn't really expect a spoon full to taste good but I very much like it's earthy notes Will definitely be trying it with some smoothies and yogurt next. 5 stars. Here's to a healthy life again
