Our old land line had a lot of static so we bought this AT&T Trimline phone to hang on our kitchen wall. It was easy to set it up for immediate use. No static. You can hear others clearly & we love it. The price was low. It's a keeper!

I got this for my dad, who has dropped it from his night table more times than I can count. It still works perfectly, looks great, the quality of the calls hasn't diminished, it's very comfortable for him, & it doesn't weigh much (maybe if it did he wouldn't drop it as much). It was worth every penny!

Works as well as original equipment with the added flashing handset light in case you don’t want the volume on. Well made.

I purchased the refurbished phone. It works perfectly, and I love the light that flashes when I turn the ringer off. This phone is our standby for when power and cell towers go down during our storm season. Nothing better than an "old-fashioned" corded phone during those times.

It is serving the purpose I needed it for. Sound is good, ringer is loud enough. Easy for my mom to work.

I should have returned this phone right away. It was for my elderly father who is in a nursing home. Though all of the features should have been pluses. They were not. Everything about this phone is cheap & useless. It is extremely light weight, not sturdy. The ringer doesn’t work, it may flash at times or rumble. He can’t call out or get calls. It doesn’t connect properly, sometimes it works, most times it doesn’t. I bought a different phone cable as the original one was cheap & flimsy. Nothing fixed it. Save your money & frustrations and Do Not Buy this phone.

Great retro phone with LARGE numbers. Love it!

No product support. The website is about cell phones and internet Not corded telephones only telephone service. I figured it out in my own after many Google searches and seeing something. Another problem after fixing that is that theres static when I move the hand set. I don't yet know whether its the cord or the phone, I had to replace the original coil because it was so short that it wouldn't reach from the table to my ear, another thing I dont like. I will try the old coil when I find where I put it to see if its the phone. How I fixed the buzz on the old phone: I noticed that the three way splitter I was using had no DSL port. I had to switch to my old two way, (Amazon doesnt have a DSL/PHONE splitter with three way), and the three way into the phone port of the two way for the two phones. Here's a description of the problem: Plugging it in causes buzzing on my portable phone. Got a dial tone but couldn't call out to my cell phone Maybe im supposed to press something after dialing . I tried chat on their website but decided to go back to Amazon to check the name of the product but when I went back to chat it said chat open on another tab which I had already closed on my end to get Back to Amazon So I cant chat because I cant get to the other tab.
