I received the inflatable photo booth around 7 June 2024. Everything worked fine and no issues. I used the the inflatable 2 times in 6 months. When I went to use it the 3rd time the remote for the lighting was not working. I changed the battery and still did not work. I went to the Amazon's website to find the seller's information but could not find it anywhere. So my next step was to call Amazon. I called and when Amazon customer service answered, they asked did I buy warrantee and I said no. I said I just needed the phone number of seller because I wanted to see if remote could be replaced. The Amazon customer service agent put me on hold for over 4 minutes to just hang up and not even call me back. I know the product is 6 months old but to only use it 2 times in that time frame and then remote stop working is unacceptable! For Amazon to sponsor a seller that you can't even contact is totally unacceptable!! CZGBRO US is definitely not a US company but Amazon is sponsoring them, this is definitely bad business practice. Even if I had to pay for the remote I would not have a problem with that, the problem is not being able to contact the seller! Also bad customer service on Amazon's behalf.

Love the Cube. It's perfect for my photo booth purposes. The lights are great. You should know that this is not an inflatable that you fill up once and it stays inflated. It requires the blower to run the entire time, and it is LOUD. I'm looking at DIY options to move the blower away from the room, connected with a 4 inch tube.... I tested inside a 2 car garage, and maybe it won't be as loud in a more open space, but any improvement will be welcome. Other than the sound, this is a great product.
