Lousy - item returned
1. The installation software lost all my '.doc' documents on my hard drive.2. I had to create a HP account, in order to scan.3. The software kept 'pushing' me to order the replacement ink cartridges automatically.

Having trouble with the double-sided keeps jamming up. Thinking about sending it back
