The hand feel is really nice with the silicone cover , that is removable by the way . Simple and easy to use with the button you push to Close out an app. The camera is nice and so is the video function. The sound quality really surprised me it is very good. I haven’t dropped it, but it feels like it’s secure and well protected. There are many activities to do on this kids phone . Will definitely keep any child from one to six very happy and busy. I actually bought this for my one year-old grandchild. She has learned to be very careful with my cell phone and she is the same with this. She has quickly learned how to manipulate between the screens and choose her favorite songs and stories. Will Definitely be purchasing one for her to have at her house. I’m keeping this one at grandmas 😁

Very cute, fun for kids, and has lots of functionality. It is safe since you don't have to be connected to the internet and it has a good battery life.

My son loves this phone and uses it so often. Is not overstimulating and very simple and easy to use. Battery isn’t great on it is my only complaint

My daughter always wants to feel like her teenage sister or like mom and dad with our phones, especially when it comes to pictures. We have had a child's type camera before and it just wasn't the best for my daughter. She wanted something convenient and compact. This is it! I know there are other things to do on it but it is the perfect little camera phone you can trust your young child with. It's light weight and the size and thickness of a highlighter. This is a great price considering how much actual phones are! (Not getting Mt 8 year old a cell phone) I'm hoping she'll feel the responsibility of a phone but the fun of having something similar to a cell phone size camera device

I purchased this phone for my 6 year old granddaughter 's birthday. She is going to love it! I have charged it and have been playing with it. So far it has good sound (has volume control), takes decent pictures, has some fun games. It has functions just like a real phone (of course minus the call feature). It has slide screen, tap on screen to select what you want to go into and many other features. So far it seems everything that it's advertised as. It seems durable. It is small but perfect for little hands. I suspect my 10 year old granddaughter is going to want one. It's so much more than I expected and, I think, it's a decent price for what you get.

My daughter fell in love with this phone over time it stopped reading the SD card i tried resetting it. unfortunately even trying to replace SD card it still won't read it. The phone is super cute and has games and songs but I guess after awhile it won't read memory card. Update: I changed my review because the company went out of their way to contact me regarding issues with SD card. They mailed me a new replacement phone. It came so fast. I'm super happy with their customer service and my daughter was excited!!! To get a new one. It does come with a year warranty and a extended 5 year warranty make sure to contact them via email or phone number. Thank you again! My daughter is in love ❤️

Exactly what it looks like—a cute pretend phone, but not very functional. Limited features, not super engaging, and mine ended up freezing completely after a few months. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Good quality, very well built and decent battery life. But my kid wants to watch a streaming service and she can’t cause it isn’t wifi capable and no streaming services available. Basic functionality.

Great for pretend play and for keeping the kids entertained. The only down side is the screen can easily crack. I highly don’t recommend letting kids take off the rubber case at any point because as soon as they drop it, the screen will crack.

Had an issue with the phone, submitted an email to the company and got an email back the same day. They offered to refund it or replace it. I chose replace and two days later we have a new working phone. Top notch customer service. Don't be nervous about the purchase they will honour the product. Worked great for 4 day's. Kept the boys entertained and they seemed to enjoy it. Turned it on today and got this, tried the reset and it did not work. Replaced it with a known good memory card and it still has the same error. Seems to be the phone not the card. Seems to be only a few that had this problem guess we are one of the few.
