I own a drive thru coffee shop and we keep these on hand as they are cheap and work great!

Hopefully easy to install! The gears look intact and like it will cause much less damage than the worn down one that I had.

I didn't know this was a wear item. Now I know as the blend noise increases it is probably time to change this drive piece. Remove the rubber cover around the drive. Use the included allen wrench to loosen the set screw. I put the allen wrench in the hole on the side and manually turn the drive until I feel it hit the set screw. Remove the old drive and tighten set screw. Then loosen set screw until drive moves slightly up and down but cannot be removed. Remember to unplug unit first.

Fast and cheaper than others

This item came as promised and on time, we had to find another Allen wrench to install, however, as it only came with the parts, not the wrench as pictured/described. Once we found one that fit it was fairly easy to install and now the blender is working again. I only gave 2 stars for installation because of the missing wrenches.

It seems like you're saving money at first but it's NOT Vitamix brand and they are unbalanced causing bad vibrations. The vibration will destroy the bearings. Half the heads are unusable.

My blender gave out I felt. I looked up how to repair and found out this piece could fix my blender it was worth a shot. Great product easy to replace!
