I rarely leave product reviews on Amazon, but I'm pleased to report that this little machine is AMAZING.It makes a perfect filter coffee for one in less than 2 minutes, and the hotplate keeps it warm for 40 minutes.It's compact, and I love the retro design. I despised cleaning and often replacing my cafetiere.Melitta 100 filter bags go with this machine.Let's see how long it will last!

This really small coffee maker is ideal for one standard mug, filling it to maximum on the machine scale. Unlike my previous large machine there is no coffee poured down the sink.Note : be aware of the " with filters " option. They are massive and totally the wrong size. The machine takes size 100 filters, so shop around for filters and just buy the machine

This is a great little coffee filter machine. Looks retro and easy to use. *Warning* Melitta 100 coffee filters must be used as the standard are too big. But you can fold the sides down or cut the surplus off.

First item was broken in box but Amazon replaced immediately without fuss. The Aromaboy is just perfect. I set it up at night and flip the switch in the morning. It takes about 2 minutes to make a lovely mug (or 2 cups) of coffee at the right temperature and will keep it hot if I don't want it immediately. The auto shut off after 40 minutes is great. I don't need a timer as I don't have a morning routine and I don't need to keep litres of coffee warm - I prefer freshly made. The machine takes up very little space and looks great. It's plastic - the only metal part is the base that keeps the coffee jug warm. My only concern is that the machine will last only until I break the glass jug - a replacement should be readily available and so far I haven't been able to find one. Melitta supplies these for other models but not Aromaboy? Anyway I love it and recommend it.

This item was initially ideal. I only wanted coffee for myself and the fact it quickly served up one or two cups was perfect. Easy to clean, seemed great. After only 2 weeks it stopped working altogether. I tried to get vinegar to run through it in case it was calcified, but I'd only had it 2 weeks. That didn't do the trick and it seemed there was no means to take it apart easy to try to fix it, in case it was merely a sticking valve (the water was not taken up through the tube to flow into the jug - but also the hotplate didn't heat up either).Sending it back tomorrow. I suppose it was too poorly made to last.

Very cute tiny coffee machine. Much smaller than excepted :-) I had a good laugh. You get only one cup out of it. Not two (except your cups are very small, too). My opinion: Save your money buy something proper (and bigger - check the sizes)

Use it almost daily for the past several months already, no complains - just good cute filtered coffee, just enough for two cups.
