Simply awesome
This is a must buy for anyone who is interested in self defence. Every technique is explained in great detail and shown from various angles. I have trained in Krav Maga for over 7 years now and this set of DVD's has been a revelation. The techniques are easy to learn and not based on brute strength or any athletic ability. To say I'm impressed would be a massive understatement . This is a steal at this price, I've paid more than double this price for a few hours training!!Can't recommend this highly enough

Urban Krav Maga at its best.
Another great Urban Krav Maga DVD set from Stuart McGill. It covers fight finishers and fighting techniques, street grappling, ground fighting, baton attacks, knife threats and attacks. Easy to follow and well explained through out. For anyone who has an interest in self defence. Totally awesome - highly recommend.

Great instructional DVD set
Fantastic instruction from these guys. No seemingly-pointless repetitive exercises here, just real-life situations and what do do about them. Highly recommended. Exceptional if you use them for revising techniques you learn in class, which I do. Also highly recommend the classes run by these guys.

Excellent dvd set
This is another first rate dvd set from the urban krav maga guys.( i bought the original box set). The amount of techniques, from knife, baton,grappling and breakers ect.. will keep you watching and you will feel value for money. The techniques are again very well explained and don't get boring. If you want well thought out street self defence from experienced instructors then buy this set. If you want unrealistic stuff, lots of talking and little technique then don't. Nuff said!
