First of all, I purchased this without even looking at the ingredients. I have been buying this small company’s Pcos herbal tea for a few years and love it. It definitely makes me feel less bloated, especially during my period.When I found out about their new powdered supplement I was eager to try it, and blindly bought it as soon as I was able.I am very surprised at the long list of beneficial ingredients. I have been searching for something easy to prepare like this for a while. I tried a mushroom coffee a few months ago and felt it was too expensive for the certain ingredients I needed in a supplement. This definition solves that problem.Although stevia is used as the sweetener ( which I hate and it’s my own hangup, so nothing against it), it has a pleasant berry taste. I solved my stevia problem by mixing it into a smoothie this morning.I hope this product stays in this price point, I will definitely keep coming back.

This isn't cheap at $1 per serving, but it has proven to be a popular addition to smoothies in my household. Flavor is good, and if you like the ingredient packed in here, it's an easy recommendation as long as you're good with the price.

I was stoked when I got the information to that PCOS Herbal came out with another product! Im happy to add all of this goodness to my smoothies every morning. You get immunity support, probiotics, fiber, adaptogens, detox support and more. I love a product that can support my PCOS. So many amazing ingredients in this little tub, your body is begging for them!

I would buy another container for all the health benefits however the taste makes me want to puke it right back up.

Don’t like how it taste.

I do not have PCOS but I do require amazing greens supplements and this is one of, if not, the most complete formulation I've seen. I ordered this instead of AG-1, which I've seen advertised, and I'm glad I did. I have other greens powders and caps in my arsenal but those I share with other family who cannot digest or tolerate some of the ingredients in this powder. So, I get to have it all to myself. It's truly "super greens" with the adaptagens, rhodiola, eldeberry, chlorella/spirulina included which will save me money because I feel like the levels included here can eliminate my purchasing those ingredients separately.

Nice flavor if you're into berries and green tea or yerba mate, a little gritty on your throat, many good ingredients, I'm in my best moment healthwise, so I cannot say this felt like a life changer, but it didn't have any side effects and helps me stay well, love it, I recommend it with cold water for a fresh healthy light smoothie.
