I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but they look well made and durable.

Why these did not exsist 20 years ago I do not know but wish they had. So easy to use and much better than the plastic guage with holes type. Buy them you will thank yourself every time you need to check a bolt or nut

I don't know how many times I've looked for a specific size nut or bolt in my nut & bolt bin and wasn't sure exactly what size and thread count/pitch it had. On imperial I generally don't have a problem but when it comes to metric I may not be as sure, which may mean multiple trips from the garage to the house.....or hardware store. Lately I decided to sort through all these nuts and bolts I've accumulated, enter the EAWONGEE Nut and Bolt Thread Checker. As my review title indicates this little kit is 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙮. The printed/engraved lettering on the various samples is easy to read. (a + for these 77 year old eyes). The only nit I have to pic is that occassionally some of the "female"sockets threads aren't as cleanly cut as they could be, leading to a bolt not wanting to screw (easily) into the socket. A couple of times I thought I had the wrong size thread checker for the bolt I was checking only to find out it was hanging up on a burr. When this happens I'll recheck the bolt with a (known) like sized nut and if it screws on I'll pull out the appropriate sized "tap" and clean the threads up a little. Not a biggie in this price range and it seems many of the reviews on the various brands have this issue but a * deducted nonetheless.

I had a larger set in my cart for a long time, but this popped up on a good deal.This will do the job 90% of the time for my needs.It checks as accurate by my thread gauges, and thread restore files..Not your dream set, but very usable in most situations.Good for the advanced DIY folks,

I did buy the set on the cable but found difficult to use in tight places, I returned it, free of charge and recieved my money back in a few days and purchase this set which fits my need. Great set.

Very useful to check thread sizes! A must have tool!

Ils sont en aluminium. Donc, ne pas trop serrer puisque les filets vont défoncer très vite. Je me demande si à l'usage ils vont s'user même en y allant délicatement.Ils ne sont malheureusement pas en aluminium anodisé mais seulement peinturer. Il manque aussi de la peinture un peu partout et certains ont l'air d'avoir été utilisé. J'ai hâte de voir à l'usage si la peinture va partir puisque j'ai payé un supplément pour cette couleur rouge/bleu.Certains petits défauts dans l'aluminium à quelques endroits mais qui ne semblent pas affecter la fonctionnalité. Mais c'est fatiguant quand c'est acheté neuf...C'est "Made in China" et pas du "industrielle".Une belle petite boite en plastique complète le tout.Je verrai à l'usage.Tous devraient avoir un kit similaire dans leur atelier.
