L'Oreal Paris Voluminous X Fiber Washable Mascara, Blackest Black, 1 Tube

I am 48 years old and one thing that is just heartbreaking to me is the fact that I have been losing my lashes. I spent a lifetime with thick, long, natural lashes and every year I get older they get sparser. That and my eyebrows. What a sad thing, aging is. At any rate, I have tried every lash product there is. I even once spent $50 on mascara from some high-end BS makeup (Younique) company that promised long lashes. Nothing has ever worked as well as this product. I swear I will never buy any other type. It works AMAZING. It turns my thin, wispy lashes back into the thick, lustrous fringe I had when I was 20. It is SO easy to apply, so fast, and lasts ALL DAY. I am totally in love with it. My biggest fear is they will stop making it so I am going to buy a dozen of them just to be safe. I swear to you, this product is amazing, it WORKS and it is a great price. No better mascara on the market.

Love Love Love! This mascara is amazing. It gives me full bold thick lashes after 2 coats! I gotta be honest, that step one is what i use 99% of the time. The black primer does such a stellar job, that i rarely feel the need to apply the step 2 fibers to get more length and thickness! It removes easily with soap and water too. As for smudging, i dont really have too much issues. It does transfer alittle on my lower eyes after a long day, but no on a level that has me steering away from it.

I'm not one for false lashes so this is the perfect mascara for me. It lengthens and provides a flawless look in two easy steps.

I was looking for Loreal's Voluminous False Fiber Lashes, which I had originally purchased at my local Walmart as a substitute for Thrive cosmetics mascara but could not find again. It does the job well for the price, though I feel like my golden tube was the best and I'm sorry it seems to be discontinued. Would buy again when I can't pay more or have money to experiment with other brands.

I’m in the market for a new mascara, and have been thinking about trying the one from Thrive Causemetics, but I have a hard time paying that much for mascara. After seeing a YouTube video comparing this mascara to the one from Thrive (and this one actually looked better!), I was really excited to try this one out. I was unfortunately really disappointed. The application is easy enough, but other than a bit of extra volume I had zero additional length. This is a fiber mascara, but both the primer and mascara still seemed really dry. Maybe I got a dud, but it just didn’t seem any better than other drugstore mascaras I own that cost less. Although not a horrible product, I won’t be purchasing it again and might not even finish this tube.

I’ve used super expensive mascara, had false eyelashes put on every two weeks (expensive) but this product had worked the best along with a heated lash curler. I bought it after reading reviews & they were right.

This mascara applies easily and I do like the two step process. I don't find they add more volume or much length, but with two coats of step 2, it gives my lashes a bit more oomph and bulk, but nothing over the top. There also doesn't seem to be a lot of mascara inside each container, so I don't foresee this lasting long (at least step 2, which I apply 2-3 layers of). There is no clumping, and the brushes are each to use though, so they get some points for ease of use. Overall, there are better mascaras out there that add more volume and power to my lashes with less oomph and better value.
