I’ve continued using it even as my ankle improves because it just feels that supportive. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent support-Mostly comfortable *by A***R on February 2, 2024* I have very weak ankles due to severe ligament injuries from past sports activities. I have a tendency to "twist" or "turn" my ankles often. I bought these thinking they would provide better support than the slip-on ace supports. The 'metal supports' that these have are toward the rear of the foot, so not super helpful for my area of concern. They take a while to properly adjust since you are only using the laces to make the adjustments, but once you get them properly adjusted for the support you need, they do a decent job. I wear a size 9 or 10 womans shoe and I got a medium which fits fine. . I have only worn them with my thick, hiking boots and they don't bother me at all. Overall, decent support without being too bulky.
