I am health-conscious and I've been drinking kiala for a year. Whatever it does it does it well because it gives me a sustained energy I feel like my tummy is not as acidic I am not as hungry and I drink this before anything else I used to drink something similar to this but they stop selling it I tried other brands and kiala is a little bit pricey but I like the taste and how it makes me feel. I just wish that the price would be a little bit cheaper I always look when it's on sale because I want this to be a sustainable part of my health I drink it in the morning everyday I usually drink the berry one but this one was on sale and it tastes just as good The watermelon one tastes a little bit too diluted for me but this is one of the essentials that I must have unless someone makes a different product similar to this at a cheaper price than I will subscribe to that but so far kiala has worked. I research also about Bloom and orgaine. I used to use a product called very green from trader Joe's but they no longer sell it I like powder form for my supplements I noticed when I don't drink this I don't feel as healthy energized and I feel hungry all the time when I don't have it When I do drink it I feel it's neutralized the acidity in my body and it gives me just the right amount of lift to not be hyper but just the right amount of boost without crashing I mix this in with my collagen powder again it works for me I'm health-conscious if it was a little cheaper it'd be even better but I guess that's the reason why because it works but I did try another brand that was $25 and it worked well too but I'm still stuck on kiala. I also tell my daughters to drink it and visit their doctors regularly I try to give it to my mom as well who has diabetes and cravings again This is not a substitute for doctor's advice I'm letting you know that this happened for me If the quality and formula changes I will update Health is wealth for me and I have to invest in myself I please want the company to make it a little bit more affordable take advantage of the sales and auto-ship $35 to 40 is a lot to pay for this but it helps keep me healthier in the long run If you can afford it go on autoship Just remember that you're on auto-ship because I sometimes forget If I had only one thing to take to me on travels this would be it helps me with my appetite my energy level and I'm not doing a commercial for these people but I wish it would be more affordable but it works Happy health.

So this is my second time purchasing this on specifically and I love it! I’ve been adding this m in my smoothies every morning for over a month and let me tell you, I’m never bloated anymore! After the first week I started noticing the change! No more feeling bloated, my energy is higher. Bonus, it tastes great! It mixes easily, especially in a blender. 10/10 recommend!!

I always give the disclaimer that I never leave reviews unless the product is life changing or really a five out of five product. so now I can explain how Kiala greens changed my life 😩 .. for the past month I have been having gastro issues. diarrhea every day, EXTREME heartburn, chest pain, indigestion, bloating. Anything stomach related I’ve been going through it. It got to the point where I went to my doctor, he put me on medication. On top of that I’ve tried Nexium, famotidine, pepto .. any and everything over-the-counter. The next step was a referral to a gastroenterologist. However, I was scrolling through social media like everyone else and saw Kiala greens .. I’ve seen them on social media before, but never believed the hype and kept scrolling. But this time it caught my attention because the powder catered to everything I was currently struggling with. So I figured I’d give it a try. .. today would technically be day four, I’ve been taking Kiala greens consecutively for three days now. When I tell you every symptom that I previously read was all gone by yesterday, I’m not even joking. I have zero pain in my stomach, the diarrhea has stopped, no heartburn. It’s just amazing what this product did for me in three days. And the taste is GOOD. It smells absolutely terrible but when you taste it, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. It also gives me a boost of energy, I’m so used to feeling sluggish and yucky all day so that was a plus as well! I personally have been making a green smoothie every morning and I will continue to do so for the long run. If you’re having gut issues, BUY IT.

For a “Greens” supplement the taste is pretty good. Slightly chalky but nowhere near as bad as others. Just make sure you mix it well, I use a milk frother. It definitely helps with bloating. It actually helps a little too well. With that being said, I did not expect to spend 50% of my day on the toilet after drinking this stuff. I’m talking full on colon cleanse. So yeah, um, just be prepared. It hit me on day 3 out of absolutely nowhere. LOL. I really hope these symptoms will subside in next few days or I may need to just use this occasionally as needed.

Omg omg the best greens i have ever tasted, the taste is really good 👍 😋, just need water to mix because if u use coconut water or juice it will get too sweet to drink 🍸 😋

Only received today so I can’t comment on the effectiveness but the taste is amazing. I’ve tried similar products which taste so terrible I’ve not been able to continue beyond a couple of days. Mixed very easily simple to use. Will be value for money because I’m certain it will get used!

Very bad and it killing me slowly, I took twice and my throat n chest started to hurt end up in hospital and I started again n it worse
