I was very happy with this product!Its packaging is great making it feel like the premium product it is.Moreover, not only does it not crumble, it is soft and eco friendly!I find myself using less now that I have switched over which is even better; less waste!

This is a good product.

Yes it still comes in plastic and there's still cardboard rolls but it's still better for the environment to use bamboo because it grows so fast and requires so little. Just try it you'll see it's the same and you'll be able to do a small part with minimal cost and no effort.

I absolutely love this bamboo toilet paper! Not only is it incredibly soft and durable, but knowing that it's eco-friendly makes me feel great about using it. The media could not be loaded. It's been pretty well the best toilet paper I've ever used and I don't intend on buying any other kind anytime soon. I live by myself so I don't need to change the toilet roll often; bigger families might find that daunting. But for me, the bigger rolls from other companies do not fit my apartment's toilet paper holder so they are not a good fit for me. (Pun intended.) This next part may be TMI for some people but it's relevant to the review, I feel.I've had issues with pretty well every other toilet paper I have ever tried, and my number one problem with other types has been the level of dust that comes off new rolls, and the number of times I've experienced pain getting little clumps of toilet paper off that stuck to my pubic hair. I am autistic so I have sensory issues, and clumps of toilet paper stuck to my bum are just not a good feeling. The paper also looks thin, however I have found that my usual four layers is enough to not have pee or poop soak through unless it's a doozy of a bathroom trip, and then five or six layers works perfect. I do not find it falls apart at all while in use, either.I have to say too, that making toilet paper from a more renewable resource just makes so much sense, and it always feels good to know I'm helping my planet every time I wipe my a**.10/10.

I really wanted to like this product because I try, where possible, to help the environment through better consumer choices. And I do like bamboo toilet paper on the whole. The toilet paper itself is well made, soft and absorbent. Big checkmark there. However, the rolls are very small and do not go very far and they come in plastic packaging! And when I say smaller I mean narrower as well as less per roll. What the hey?? I have used bamboo tp for a while now and used to get it from a US company that doesnt ship to Canada any longer. Their rolls were huge, lasted a very long time, septic safe, they donated half their profits, and the rolls came packaged in a box. (And product overall was cheaper to purchase) I feel like a traitor but I preferred the USA companie's product. While I would buy this product again, I am going to try to find a better packaged product, with larger rolls (especially less narrow rolls) for a better price. Overall satisfactory but could be better.

1st purchase March '23: The toilet paper was not wrapped in the box, which I get from an environmental standpoint but there needs to be something protecting it during shipping imho. The (one piece of) tape wasn't sealed enough and toilet paper was exposed. There was also a grease stain on the box which may have seeped through to the paper inside. Overall, I did not feel safe or comfortable using it and the packaging seemed unhygienic to me.EDIT after initial refund: they were very great during the refund process and did not require me to send the box back which was a relief. So, great customer service! I ended up trying a roll from the middle and actually really liked it. No irritation, strong but not too rough and decently sized. Will give them another try, especially as they said they will be packaging it differently from now on. The price actually seemed decent too. I hope they restock larger packages than 6 rolls soon so I can reorder.2nd EDIT after over 6 months purchasing regularly/packaging and product change: Now that they have changed the packaging, everything is good. I order this exclusively now! It's the best price, quality and quantity for bamboo toilet paper on Amazon imo. However, after they changed things, the rolls are significantly smaller and I go through at least a package a month which at 40ish bucks is a lot. Overall I recommend this product. Love that there is no lint and it's sturdy and a perfect thickness. Just would be nice if the rolls were bigger (I swear they were larger rolls before...) and it was a more accessible price point!
