Okish product, gave three stars because I was bit disappointed the effectiveness is mid but quantity is good, it's good and value for money.

It smoothens the damaged hair although it have bot given shine like salon it's OK to give a try to repair small breakages and frizz

I followed the instructions precisely: I washed my hair first, then applied the cream provided in the packet. When I took the cap out, it was already warm, which was alarming. It's unsettling how it became warm just from contact with air, reminding me of high school chemistry experiments.I put the cap on and waited for the recommended 5 minutes, during which it kept getting hotter. After exactly 5 minutes, I washed my hair and noticed some hair fall, which I initially thought was normal since I usually lose a few strands during washing. However, as I ran my hands through my hair afterward, I kept finding strands of hair on my palms.The amount of hair fall was significantly more than usual, which is especially concerning since this is supposed to be an anti-hair fall mask. This experience was not only unsatisfactory but also quite frightening. I’m now dealing with more hair fall than before, and I’m unsure what to do about it. This product did the opposite of what it promised and has left me very worried.

Decent result and heat pad had medium heat. Good product to relax and condition the hair
