You really need to look up any other reasons for insomnia, such as anxiety or anything else underlying. You can make a spray with water, rescue remedy would help. You can take up to 5 remedies. If you search the remedies you will find the ones for you....you can mix and match them. You can also put directly on to wrists or crown. The quickest way is beat drops into the crown.

It means on four occasions, each day one is advised to consume four drops. A total of 16 drops per day. I'm not sure how many days this will last. I really hope this helps :)
