Sharp, high quality, lightweight, easy to use
Very satisfied with the knife. Lightweight, measured 247g, very sharp, easy to use. I’m happy with it. Have different knives, thought to buy a Nakiri but bought this one and very happy with it. Also a nice package, can be a great gift for someone, but I bought for myself :)

Not for bone cutting
Like the balance of the knife well balance for me. Quality of the knife looks nice it see to cut nicely. Is ease to use and the weight of the knife is not heavy.

Great steel and nice size
I have many knives. (probably too many) I own a lot of 8" and 9" Chinese Cleavers but I was looking for a smaller one. Hard to find a quality one at that size. It took me awhile to find this and I am happy that I did because I could not be happier. Great feel, nice handle, balanced, composite steel, easy to sharpen, and it stays sharp. I would recommend.

Perfect cleaver
One of the best cleaver knives I’ve ever had. Honestly considering the price. Size is perfect for everyday use. I have a bigger 8” brother and is perfect too, better for bigger stuff. I’m not a professional but I tried many cleavers. This is the ONE !
