I take these gummies in the morning and they really help me with clearing my brain fog. I also seem to have a bit more energy.The gummies are also tasty, soft and easy to take. I'm really happy with this product.

These Rhodiola gummies comes in a recyclable screw-top plastic container. They are made in France and all the writing on the outside is in French. If you peel up the label where indicated there is also information in other languages including English. In addition, if you scan the QR code on the jar you can access more information on the ingredients (but again in French). There is a tiny logo on the label to say that these are vegetarian. Rhodiola has been used in traditional medicine for a long time and there have been studies showing that it may be beneficial for improving overall stress resilience a long with a number of other possible benefits. As well as the Rhodiola, other ingredients include California poppy which may help relaxation, vitamin B6 and Extramel melon extract SOD which may have a positive effect on several signs and symptoms of perceived stress and fatigue. There are 60 gummies in the jar and the suggestion is that you take two a day. The gummies are described as peach flavour. Whilst I can notice peach there seems to be a more general fruity flavour to them which I think is pleasant. I found the the gummies to be surprisingly sticky when I chewed them and they did stick to my teeth a bit. It us too early to tell how beneficial they will be, but I am optimistic about this combination of ingredients.

I always recommend doing research before taking supplements of any kind. I tend to suggest places like WebMD, to begin with.Being familiar with vitamins etc, and trying many different supplements - finding one that works, especially something like Rhodelia - (my understanding of adaptogens is they can take a little time to work) - I was not expecting a near-instant result.I would just be aware of how strong that hit CAN be. Two days in a row, it's floored me. I needed rest. And this ensured I had it. The vitamin B for energy did nothing. I feel tired. Without detail, I know why this is.The texture and taste are fine, a quite light, moderately sweet peachy flavour. Perfectly acceptable.Most effective supplement for immediate relief I have taken. Nothing else has come close. And a reset I needed!I would NOT advise trying these on a day you have anything to do. If you've been tense for a while and take these, and they work for you, you may feel the need to REST and sleep!You have been warned.FIVE STARS.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Just started taking them as I work in a domain that is really stressful and demanding all my energy so this far I am content with it ,noticed that I can deal more with it and wana see if because I am getting used to the work or because of them.The capsules are easy to swallow ,dosent taste bad and no allergy so far.Good value of money!

These supplements contain a low dosage of Rhodiola Rosea, with a 30 day supply costing 80p/day for two gummies.The tub recommends to take two gummies per day, containing 100mg of extract. Compared to the regular supplements we take, it contains just 25% of a standard dosage, but costs 4x as much.Now, this is FINE if you hate taking supplements and gummies are better for you, but we also really aren't fond of the taste of these - they probably are some of the worst tasting gummy supplements we've had in a while.Unfortunately, I don't feel like the dosage is high enough to really have any impact, and with the cost of this supplement, I just don't think it's worth it.I will stick to regular rhodiola rosea supplements, or try another gummy brand, but can't recommend this one.

These are by far the most delicious nutritional gummies I have tasted and I would love to give them a higher rating for that alone. But...The dose is very low and the price is high. Here you get 50mg per piece compared with, for example, Swiss Bioenergetics offering 500mg. Furthermore the best products state the Rosavins and Salidrosides contents. These don't. And they cost twice as much. You are paying an awful lot for that nice chewy taste and a bit of Californian poppy thrown in. (By the way, I have Californian poppies growing in my garden. They look lovely but spread have quickly spread all over the place - maybe I should eat them, or sell them to Adaptivlab).

Acabo de volver de vacaciones y la pila de trabajo ha sido descomunal. Cuando vi las buenas críticas que tenía este suplemento no dudé ni un segundo.Llevo un par de días tomándolo y la verdad que me noto mejor. Algo más calmado. Es raro, porque casi nada me hace efecto normalmente. Pero en este caso sí que algo estoy notando. No sé si es por el formato (nunca he tomado en gominola) o porque uno de sus ingredientes sí que por fin me sirven. En mi caso para mí es nuevo la Rhodiola.Las gominolas no están mal, saben mejor que huelen y no son pequeñas. El frasquito principalmente viene todo en francés pero despegando la parte trasera salen los demás idiomas.Seguro que al inicio de septiembre me ayudará a tomarme las cosas con más calma.

Están ricas, aunque no percibo mucho el sabor a melocotón (más el aroma).Son bastante blanditas y agradables de masticar. Así, es más fácil y cómodo tomar suplementos alimenticios 😊.Hay que tomar 2️⃣ al día y se supone que nos relajará y/o desestresará... Es pronto para decirlo, pero no noto gran cosa. Un poquito más tranquila sí me he notado, pero poco, al menos de momento. Supongo que habrá que comprobarlo a largo plazo.Decir que al desenroscar el tapón del envase, el precinto de calidad que trae el frasco venía medio suelto. Es decir, se había despegado casi en su totalidad y ya no estaba el producto precintado debidamente. De todas formas, las gominolas se veían en buen estado.📝 En definitiva, no está mal el producto, cumpliendo en parte su cometido. Lo mejor: su sabor y lo cómodo que es tomarlas. Habrá que ver si con el tiempo va mejorando su efecto relajante. De momento, tienen mi aprobado ✅️.
