What is the Max Temp can be achieved in this unit

I bought the boiler for the club I belong too , to my best knowledge then max temp is boiling point. sorry I cant be any more help.

Can this be set to boil constantly? (not boil then keep warm).

It boils quickly then turn it down still very hot for a good cup of coffee,for tea I would turn it up after making tea turn down again. If you keep it on boil it will cause a lot steam and could be dangerous.
