One of the better multivitamins I’ve tried. Tastes good and I didn’t burp it up. I’ve never taken ashwaganda before so I wasn’t sure how I felt about that. Didn’t notice a big difference from it. All in all a good one.

I take lots of supplements, so I was genuinely interested in this multivitamin that focuses on energy, immunity, and focus, which I usually take separate supplements for each purpose. Even though I've never tried this brand before, it seems like they have garnered quite positive responses from customers across online stores, and it is located in my city. Haha. I've tried a couple of them and didn't have any adverse reactions and liked that it's easy to swallow without any after-taste. I am keeping it for the upcoming vacation so that I can take this one in place of 5 other supplements I take for immunity, brain function, and energy. I know the effects of vitamins and supplements could be different depending on whom, but if you are looking for a new one or it's time to restock the multivitamin, this might be a quality alternative to give a try. If there is something worth mentioning after I finish the bottle, I will update my review, but for now, a very positive first impression.

This vitamin mix is unique because I don't see a dangerous amount of any fat soluble vitamin. More often than you think, if you research it, you'll find careless amounts of vitamin D3 or Niacin in vitamin capsules. Those can be dangerous in high quantities. This company seems to have taken the time to research how much you're really supposed to consume. I think this is an excellent blend of vitamins at an appropriate level and from a trustworthy source. Any time you're getting vitamins and supplements, it is very important to look into the company you're buying it from. Sometimes they are popup brands and come from sketchy sources with little or no online presence. Let me save you the trouble and tell you this is a high-quality company. It's a small business and their website is very well made and has a ton of information about their products and processes. They even list out the source of every ingredient in all their products.

I love that The Nue Co's M+ Multivitamin for Women doesn't contain megadoses of anything. It's often hard to find a good-quality multivitamin these days that just provides roughly what you need, without throwing in an extra 800% DV of something or other. That's also probably why my tummy is doing so well with this multi. So far I haven't had any problems with stomach upset or aftertaste. The capsules themselves are size 00 which means they're a bit large, but the dosage is only 1 per day. I also love the unusual design of the ecologically friendly wide-mouth glass bottle they use, but was saddened to see the bottle is only 1/3 full. I'd much prefer they either make the bottles smaller or put 3x as much inside.

These vitamins are marketed as a women’s multivitamin per the label, but it is a general mix of vitamins that can probably be taken by anyone in good health without any chronic medical problems. As always, anyone with any health problems should always consult their doctor or health care provider before taking any supplement. These do contain brown rice extract, for anyone with allergies to that. These contain a small amount of iron, 8.3% DV. This does not contain mega doses of anything on the label; I like that it doesn’t. If I want large doses of something, I take that separately. These are easy to swallow medium-sized capsules, no significant taste or odor. I take one each morning with morning coffee or on an empty stomach, no gastrointestinal side effects. I like this multivitamin and maybe would re-order, but this is only 30 caps for 30 days, and at the presently listed price, it is more than a dollar a day. I don’t see the value compared with many other multivitamin supplements. If the price decreases significantly, I might re-order. Also I see that calcium carbonate is listed as another ingredient. I like that some soluble calcium is included, but the amount is not listed, and it should be, even if the amount is very small.

My bottle cap was sealed with a single piece of tape. When I took the cap off the bottle, the inner seal came off with the cap. I reached out to Nue to ask if this packaging was normal, as I was concerned the product could be tampered with. They got back to me a few days later and explained this packing is normal and I should be assured the product is safe to use. However, I'm still reluctant to use the product as how do I know it really hasn't been tampered with? Anyone can put a piece of tape on the product. A couple days later, I also received their B Complex, which arrived in the same state except the inner seal was at least still attached to the bottle, though barely. I can't find myself able to give a better review based on packaging alone, which is really too bad because the product may be good (but expensive). I think they need to change their packaging methods to provide a better sealed product. I was prepared to give the product only 1 star had they not answered my inquiry.
