## Description

Mikey's tortillas are the latest edition to the great Mikey's line of paleo baked goods, and we are thrilled to have them! They are very sturdy, and are actually reminiscent of a traditional corn tortilla, but made with cassava instead.To Prepare:Heat individual tortillas in a pan or on a griddle set to medium heat until the tortilla is warmed throughout. Flip every 15 seconds. Alternatively, wrap each tortilla in a slightly moistened paper towel and microwave for 10 seconds.** Cooking time will very depending on the strength of your stove or microwave.

I really liked these. The ingredients are simple and healthier than regular flour tortillas. Only 50 mg of sodium per serving (2 tortillas). Sale price was $3.79, but are now back to full price $5.99. I wish I would have bought more!
