I got mine 18 months ago, when I first got it after 2 uses a wire got lose and stopped working, the manufacturer/seller was aware of this and told me how to fix it but did nothing about what potential risk is a wire going lose so easily. Now, 18 months of mild use later (this items should last years and be safe to use for many years) has cause an ELECTRICAL FIRE! Thankfully I caught it in time and had the right fire extinguisher for it as you can't use water on an electrical fire. My house would have fully burnt do with me inside in a matter of an hour if I hadn't. This was unrelated to the kiln heating elements as it didn't even get to operate high enough before this happened, the controller has a short cut and caused the whole thing to burn as you can see in the images. This was always used within the safety instructions of the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they couldn't have cared less and did absolutely nothing to help, tried the same through desertcart and refused to help again.
