**Q: is it brannan make**
A: It has no brand name on it, however I can highly recommend it as the measuring gauge is actually engraved into the brass so does not rub off after a lot of jam making.  It is a fantastic product and good value for money.

**Q: What length is it please.**
A: Hi Divechick,  The measurement from the top of the handle is 24cm.  The measurement of the brass thermometer is 20cm.  It's an excellent purchase.

**Q: Is this thermometer suitable for an induction hob?**
A: This should be fine to use with an induction hob as it shouldn't be affected by the magnetic field created by the induction hob

**Q: can anyone tell me if this has a clip on the back to hang on to the side of the pan?    you cannot tell from the photo**
A: No clip, the back is completely flat
