Every time my dog passes through it claps. It’s all about the magnetic at the bottom. Doesn’t boder me!

Will this door fit into a standard aluminum door - it looks the the bottom (where the flap would go) is sheet aluminum.

Both frames are aluminum, cut a hole in the door and the one pictured goes on the inside of the door and a similar one with no flap goes on the outside, they slot together. The dark ridge at the bottom of the flap is a metallic strip to keep the flap down. Might want to talk to whoever is going to cut up your door before making a decision. I had mine installed into the wall of the house as my back door is glass and couldn't be used. Best thing I ever got for the dog.

Will it fit a double glazed door?

It will fit in a solid double glazed panel but obviously not a glass panel.Note- be sure to allow enough clearance to slide the door out of the top. X
