Perfect! I didn't realize how little I was using certain muscles during my other workout programs I was doing. This is really helping build up muscles to help with all the knee problems I've had. Love that it is also low impact. This would really be all you'd need to get started.

I purchased this bundle because of the rave reviews for the P-ball. The problem is the band and the extender it comes with does not accommodate anyone with any meat on their bones. The extender included is only about 6 inches. Since the fasteners are similar to a bra, I spent the additional money and ordered a replacement strap to give me extra room. I would hate to be someone who purchased this in the midst of losing weight, especially a significant amount, unless all of their weight was from the hips up. If you’re interested in this bundle, and have any fullness to your legs, I encourage you to go on the Pvolve website and order the replacement strap or two or three extender straps.

Pvolve, great exercise equipment comes with information on how to subscribe to daily workout videos. Some workouts can be challenging but for many that’s a good thing. There’s a monthly fee to subscribe but I think it’s worth getting.

This is a great workout system. I did not do the monthly subscription. I do workouts on it and it feels great. The bands are flexible, the ball is a great weight, and the pad is thin but comfortable.

but after almost a year of use 3-5x a week, the arm bands broke.

I absolutely love these products and as a Canadian, it’s more cost effective to order through Amazon than direct. Great quality and highly recommend!

Arrived in good time and packaged well. Just not sure how you activate the 30 day trial membership. Contacted amazon US and got diverted to twitch.tv - have left a request for them to help, but no help yet! Product looks amazing and I can't wait to sculpt my body. Honestly one of the best products I have ever purchased. Yes it may be expensive but holy moly so worth it. Pvolve is so worth it!! This equipment is worth every penny!

Delivery was on time. Been using for 1 month and can’t believe the difference. My muscles are shaking after doing the classes.
