Office 365 subscription is for 6 months, not a year. Ok, so moving on, Got it yesterday set up was super easy. Looks great, working great. Although I don't need a lot of space, I am worried about storage issues when Windows starts updating because I've read that's a thing. So far, I've used 15.6 of 29 GB just doing basic setup - no added apps. Everything that I used regularly is already on here. I guess I could have got a Chromebook if I wasn't really into internal storage but this unit is Lenonvo (I've had 3 and I liked them all) and the price is right. I'll update about storage if it becomes and issue....UPDATE: After the dreaded Windows update, I have used 18.7 GB with 10.3 GB used. Adobe Flashplayer updated as well. I'm okay with that because I don't have a lot of software or apps that I need to download to this unit - especially since it has Office 365. I will be keeping that subscription.

DO NOT BUY! Hard Drive is too small to run Windows 10. Wrong model shipped.
Item listed is Lenovo Model 210s. Item received is Model 120S-11IAP, which is essentially the same computer from an earlier year. Ships with an OEM copy of Windows 10, some Windows accessory software, a 30-day trial of McAfee, and a trial version of Office 365. The hard drive is so full that on first startup, even with external storage installed and after uninstalling McAfee, Office and every other uninstallable software, Windows cannot install the required updates and will not run.The computer is not upgrade-able in any way - RAM and hard drive are permanently installed and no additional memory can be added other than external USB or MicroSD, which can only partly offset the lack of memory for Windows updates (the updates can use some space on the external storage device, but still need substantial hard drive space). This laptop will not run it's own installed OS.Since that's as far as I got, and the hard drive is too full for that, I can't say whether it would theoretically run any other software. Now that I'm having this problem personally and I have searched online, the severe size limitations posed by a 32GB hard drive are easily found on the internet - although Win 10 was originally a more efficient use of hard drive space in 2016, Jan 2017, Jan 2018, and April 2019 updates require considerably more real estate. These computers are either leftover aged-out stock that should no longer be sold as-configured, or someone has a standing order for manufacture that is seriously overdue for updating.

Small HD
The computer is not what it is supposed to be, my problem is with the drive. Lenovo decided to equip this with a 32GB drive, the problem is that Windows 10 takes up 20GB of that drive and with other basic files I only have 6-8GB of space left on the C: drive. I load one game and it starts giving me disk space errors. I had to buy an extra 128GB SD card and configure it as the main drive. Now I can use it as I had intended but it's slow since it has to search both drives.

nice
I've had mine for a year now and it works as good as the day i bought it. Hard to find a compatible charger for so keep that in mind if you lose chargers often

Not suited for Windows 10 - should have known better :-(
Few things in life I regret buying, this laptop is one of them. I paid a high price for Windows 10 -- not for the features of this laptop. Once you connect to the internet it freezes up due to the constant updates. The small hard drive cannot support Windows 10, I knew that I would have to use an external storage device or cloud storage, but I did not anticipate needing an external drive to operate. It is now gathering dust in the bottom drawer of my dresser. Lesson learned.

I am pleased
very light weight.works well for surfing internet/email.very little memory though, won't be able to download much without expanding memory or even update to latest windows.Doesn't feel very sturdy, but so far so good.I think the price is amazing (got it for $165)

27 gig Hard drive? Not even possible to update MS patches because the drive is so small.
This laptop top is un usable after about a month, MS Updates cant be installed because the c:\ the OS partition is filled. 27.gigs for OS does not even meet Microsoft recommendations. Once that hard drive filled and then MS updates came down, the laptop took over 4 hours to reboot. Laptop is not able to install MS updates because there is 20 megs of free space. Beware of this laptop, Performance is slow with 20 megs available for the the OS.
