Expensive seat but poor quality metal parts
Yes, thats right. 200 pounds or so for a seat, but metal stud/ pole/ bolt - the componant, the seat slides onto has sheered away from the flimsy metal base. Useless, unless you want to slide around whilst seating on your toilet,

Not good at this rediculous high price
My seat failed...Duravit has stated design has not changed and therefore this is likely to happen again due to design flaw (weak point in seat). Not good at this rediculous high price.
