I have a more expensive bluetooth speaker that I use a lot and am completely satisfied with but I wanted a speaker that I felt comfortable with using outside. This speaker packs a good sound in it's little enclosure and it suddenly gets super loud when you get close to the max volume bar. I do wish there was more bass but I have to say that the sound is rich in its own way. The battery life is very good too. I play the speaker close to max a lot of the time and it has no problem going strong for the time that I use it which is between 1-4 hours. It's funny, the thing is so powerful for its size that it shakes if it's on certain surfaces. Overall it's a great little speaker that packs a big punch.
