The mouth part snaps closed well. The measurement markers on the outside of the cup are easy to see. I love how there is no ball flopping around inside the cup. It makes the shaking so much quieter. It's also nice to have optional storage for meds & protein powder, etc. I love it!

I like the idea of having storage for powder and supplements in the base. My criticism is that the mixer that goes to the top is not easy to put in and sometimes prevents the lid from screwing on tight. I would recommend buying the bottles with the shaker balls instead. I would not buy this again.
