Powerful, well constructed, great charge =best frother!
This is the best frother I have used. Is it powerful? Yes. The reviews saying it will froth your liquid right out of the cup are true, it is powerful, but having read these reviews, I took care in using it and have only spilled over the edge a couple of times in the 70 -80 hot chocolates I have made with it. I use this daily to make at least 1 protein hot chocolate for my breakfast, and usually 2-3 hot chocolates. I was looking for something that would mix the protein powders I use to make a smooth hot chocolate. This does the job. I found that if I start with just half a cup and angle the frother slightly I have less problems with it coming up out of the mug, then I gradually add the amount of water I want. The double spring piece at the bottom combined with the power of this frother is far superior to any i have used. There are 2 other things that I LOVE about this frother. 1, it is rechargeable! The charge lasts longer than any set of batteries has ever lasted in any other frother I have owned and used with this much consistency. I bought this in January and it is now March. I charged it the day I got it and it is still going strong on that first charge. I think I would have changed the batteries in my previous frother at least twice by now, and that would be after using it at a weak level for a while before finally getting frustrated and changing the batteries. This is actually what made me come write this review. Everyday when I use it I am surprised I haven’t had to charge it yet. It is just now starting to seem like it is losing a little bit of steam, but it is still stronger than any other frother I have owned, just not as strong as it has been for the last 2 months. I’m not feeling a need to charge it, just finally noticing it has lost the tiniest bit of power. The other thing I love is the way it is constructed. My last frother broke at the spot where the stick attaches to the body of the frother. It was only held on by some weak plastic which eventually broke. This frother not only has a stronger rubber type piece at the top, but the piece also sits completely inside the top body of the frother. I don’t see how it could possibly break, and even if it did, this came with a second stick so I’d still have a functional frother. Overall, I’m actually kind of glad my last frother broke and I found this one. It is amazing!

Too powerful for coffee mug size drinks?
Frother works as stated and is powerful. I can mix my coffee in a large Yeti without an issue, but when in a coffee cup it spills everywhere. Not to say my former battery powered one wasn’t strong, but the button allowed me to hold for power and release to stop so I could pulse the power and not overflow. This products is a standard push to turn on and push again to turn off. No problem with the frother, I just didn’t put any thought into that detail.

Overachiever
It does too good of a job. I mistakingly thought it would be good for mixing my coffee. There's no speed setting and the double whisk makes it frooth everything. So I'm returning because I'm tired of it spilling coffee and creating bubbles lol. Its good quality and easy to clean.

Best design yet!!
I honestly don’t know why this frother isn’t a full 5 stars. 4.9 at the very least to account for the ones that will be lemons from any product production line. We have bought over ten different kinds of wands over the past several years, including the Zulay and a few other top brands, and this one hands-down blows them ALL away. First of all with the others we had to change the batteries constantly to maintain a sufficient power to mix in powders or oils. They die quickly. Since this one is USB chargeable we now don’t go through batteries as fast as a roll of toilet paper. And it holds its charge for well over a few weeks before it has to be recharged. We have only had to recharge it once since I bought it just under two months ago. That alone makes it worth every cent. The power is amazing and it holds that same level of power all the way through between charges. Second, none of the others ever were powerful enough to begin with. This one is AMAZING. We also bought a frothing mug years ago, and maybe that’s why the power isn’t an issue for us like I read in other reviews. (How funny that they complain it’s too powerful. You need that for proper froth if you’re frothing cream or milk!) The frothing pitcher is wider on the bottom so nothing splashes out of it when mixing. It’s is well worth the purchase. I mostly use mine to fully disperse and mix oils and powders in my coffee or teas. I pour most of my coffee into the frothing pitcher along with my MCT oil or butter and collagen powder and mix it well in the pitcher first. Then I put it back into my mug. If you just want a wand they stirs your drink directly in your glass/mug/tumbler and it’s within an inch of the top then any quality wand will be too powerful not to splash it outside of the tumbler. That would only be sufficient for a simple stir with a weaker frother, so why not just use a spoon? Lol That’s why I bought the mug and am really glad that I did. The design of this wand is also exceptional because you can turn it on without having to maintain pressure on the on button while in use. It stays on until you press it again making it easier to handle. And it’s slender and comfortable to hold, looks very stylish on the counter (I got the white). It also comes with an extra wand attachment which we have not needed yet and probably won’t for a long time. Our last frothing wand, which was only $7 less than this one, couldn’t handle the oil I sometimes need to mix in, (I think that’s what caused the reaction?) and it’s plastic near the bottom of the handle started to crumble away like burnt paper crumbles, and chunks would come off into my drink ruining it, and then big chunks just broke away exposing the insides. So cheaper quality plastic is what you get with cheaper wands. This is definitely a 5-star wand out of ALL that are currently offered and kudos to the manufacture for designing something so sturdy and smart. I pray they never change or cheapen this design because I’ll be buying more of these through the years, as gifts too.

Well made, powerful frother
Out of the three frothers that I’ve purchased in the last 6 years, this one for sure is the most well built, powerful and overall, the best one that I’ve used. My first was from Bean Envy, which lasted about 2-3years. The second was from Powerlix, which only lasted a year, before it completely stopped working one day without warning. I mostly use a frother for frothing milk and powdered matcha. When I had purchased this unit from Maestri House, it was close to $30 for the color option that I chose, which for me is a bit on the expensive side, and I’m hoping that the good quality means that it’ll last at least a few years. Right now (during the time leading up to and after Thanksgiving 2024), is a good time to purchase this, as the price dropped to about $22. Unlike the first two frothers, this one doesn’t use any AA batteries - it’s charged by USB, which is ultimately better. Because the part where you insert the USB to charge is on the very top of the device, I feel that it’s less likely for liquids to inadvertently get inside the unit, as that was a concern with the first two frothers that I had used as they had compartments on the main part of the device where you had to insert the batteries which didn’t seem to be sealed water-tight so it was possible for liquids to seep through. In terms of the RPM on this, it states it’s 8,000 RPM, which is lower than the Powerlix and Bean Envy that are both at 19,000 RPM, however, I wanted to point out that when using the frother from Maestri House, it’s significantly MORE powerful than the Powerlix or Bean Envy frothers, which is strange, since the two latter ones supposedly have a higher RPM. There are two whisks on the Maestri House and the overall build on this one is more robust, so I’m not sure if those are the reasons why. I’m sure a lot of folks would skip over this unit solely because they’d think it’s weaker, due to the 8,000 RPM that’s stated - which is unfortunate, because when you actually use this, you’ll easily find out that it’s more powerful than the frothers that have a higher RPM. I can say for sure that in terms of quality, so far, this one from Maestri House is more well built than the frothers from other brands that I’ve used in the past. This one is a bit different when it comes to turning it on and off, in that there is a button that is not on the top of the device that you have to keep pressing to operate, but rather, it’s on the side that you press once to turn on and then press a second time to turn off. When you receive this, the part with the whisk on it comes separately, so you’ll have to install that yourself, which initially was a bit tricky, but I had tried to do so without looking at the manual, first, which didn’t help. Definitely look at the manual for instructions, which helps with installing the part with the whisk. The manual comes with instructions in both English and Japanese. If you’re looking for a well made frother, then this is a great choice!
