Sound and battery are exceptional....buy it!

I’ll keep these ones! They sound fantastic. It’s a pleasant surprise how long the battery life is. Compared to Sony.. there is no comparison. I work construction so quality noise cancelling is a must. As well as quality “ambient sound” mode to hear people and surroundings. The ability to toggle between modes is a pleasure. I didn’t think good call quality was going to be an option but it is with these. It filters out fan and wind noise which is constant for me. And my voice comes through clearly. App - you don’t need the app to use these. But I downloaded it to see what it offers. Right off the bat, it way more intuitive than Sonys app. Sonys is awful to navigate. Technics has everything you’d think to need right in front of you. Even a voice quality test, where it records your voice and plays it back to hear how your call quality sounds. Equalizer for different settings is offered as with most. But I don’t use it. You can really up the bass if you’re looking for that punch though. Dynamic to give you a great overall clarity. Or Treble to lower the bass and showcase the highs. I’m glad I found these. I didn’t know technics offered headphones. I was a little bummed after spending so much in the Sonys. But I wasn’t sure what else to get. I gave these a shot and I’m glad I did. I love the physical buttons for quick controls of skipping, turning up, turning down, answering and ending calls. As well as the sensor on the right for quick toggling into noise cancelling, ambient sound, or correction off mode. Also btw if these controls don’t make sense for you, simply change what they do by going into the app. But for me, straight out of the box these headphones are intuitive the controls are smart, and obviously.. the sound is incredible! !!! Get Some !!!

I spent quite a bit of time researching which noise canceling headphones would suit my needs as much as possible. I pulled the trigger on the Technics and I'm glad I did. Long wearing comfort - Yes indeed. Good battery life - Wow! YES! Very impressive battery life. Sound quality with music and movies - Yes! Utilization and ease of connectivity with all my different devices - Easy and outstanding!The $50 off coupon sealed the deal. Couldn't be more pleased with the purchase of the Technics A800s.

My girlfriend goes into her own little world when listening to these. It's her happy place. It brings me happiness because of this.

I will start off by saying that the sound quality was top tier. I mainly bought these for work and noise cancelling, the noice cancelling was phenomal. However, the mic did not always work on microsoft teams calls, zoom, or any other video meeting work app. It was the weirdest thing ever. I had to get a refund and found a 16 dollar pair of noise cancelling head phones that worked way better for those meetings.
