Nuevo Prisma A1 Students Book with Audio CD (Spanish Edition): Libro del alumno con CD: 0000

This book would have been hard to work through on my own, but really helpful when learning Spanish with a tutor. Unfortunately, my computer doesn't have a CD tray so couldn't listen to the CD but heard it's useful when trying to learn from sound rather than just reading the book.

I needed this for my spanish class and we finally used it! Latest edition.

Not easy for absolute beginners; there is no text at all in English. You therefore have to translate the questions before you can answer them. In some cases the question is more difficult to understand than the answers required! The accompanying CD is similarly flawed, being of little use where you are not looking at the book at the same time, for example in the car.There are much better books available for absolute beginners. That said, it is the course book for my language course, so I had to buy it. I guess you may have to as well.

I bought this as part of a course (exercise book). It is not that structured/formatted very well compared with others on the market. Other students also said the same and two teachers barely used it other than practicing some text passages as they didn't rate it.
