This truly is non stick. Cleans up really nice. The heat distribution is even. I always cook on medium and I have noticed this pan takes a bit longer to warm up. The color is a pleasing bonus when fixing breakfast.

It hasn't stuck yet and I've used it for frying a few months. It's small, just like I like it for my purposes.

This pan was bought as a second pan , an additional 8" and not a replacement . That's how much my wife LOVES these pans. They are easy to clean and have an amazing non-stick coating. We use silicone spatulas and turners with it and they look brand new even after a year's worth of use. We have other,larger Gotham pans as well, but this size is SO useful that we bought a second one.

I have other cookware in this series and I found that when cleaned carefully (hand wash only with gentle sponges) the non-stick qualities last a very long time, so far more than a year with daily use and still going strong.This pan has fairly good heat distribution despite being relatively lightweight. I use it for bacon and it cleans right up with just a few wipes of a paper towel. The bottom of the pan is slightly domed so liquid tends to run from the center.

I spoke with Gotham Customer Service and this aluminum pan is NOT induction.Added thoughts: It is a simple thing to use an induction adaptor to use the Gotham pan. I must say that the Gothem line cooking surface is exceptional!! Even heat, extraordinarily smooth, non-stick surface is a revelation to this little old lady. Worth keeping, a pleasure to use!

That should have been obvious examining the photos before purchase.I've hated non-stick since the 1970s, finally had friends who liked the new-type ceramic non-stick enough to try something. This was the same size as the cast iron I've been using for breakfast.It cleans really easily in the non-stick parts (so not those two fastener heads, and not the top rim; those clean "normally", not a problem). The heating is very even.And of course (so far) stuff just slides around without any adhesion at all.I'm still learning how to use it. No major failures, but temperatures and amounts of oil (not need to avoid sticking, but needed to make some foods come out right -- can't have hash browns from fresh potatoes without oil!) are things I'm still figuring out.So far I'm avoiding metal utensils, although it's rated as safe.The real test of course will be whether it's still in good shape in 3 years, or 5.

It is lightweight and food slides right out. Made well and clean up is a breeze. Wish I had the whole set.

Très désappointée de cette poêle. Après un usage seulement, le fond de la poêle a déjà bombé (donc le liquide se répand sur les cotés) et le dessous a déjà commencée a changer de couleur. Avec toute les louanges faites a propos de ce produit, je ne suis pas prête a la recommander.
