It really does help with the rising of the dough in the bread maker and also bread made manually.

I've just used the last of this flour and it is very nice indeed. Very easy to use and with a very interesting taste and texture. The texture improves even further if the bread is left overnight after baking.The recipe printed on the packaging works perfectly well, although you may need less water if using a food-mixer to process the dough.I find it difficult to locate this flour on the high-street and would rather avoid the hefty postage, although it is for two packets.
