Broke after a month. Was perfectly fine then started messing up the prints and ripping the pages

I thought I’ll struggle printing the size and location of the stencil but I was wrong. The app makes things simple and it’s like printing paper from a laptop. Really enjoy this product and really recommend others to buy one as well. Btw it’s a new model so just know you’re getting nothing but the best.

It worked fine until software stopped working and no longer prints.

I got this machine on July 21 and I loved it! Then a couple days ago it stopped working it turns on but keeps saying error and won’t take the stencil paper just beeps. Not even a month and it quit working. Not worth the price.

I’ve been trying to find information on the seller so I can either one, get a replacement or receive my money back. I bought this in July. I’ve had nothin but problems with this and it only wants to work when it wants to. I’ve tried numerous things time and time again! Please respond with a customer service number so I can receive my 18month satisfaction guarantee!!
