A company that truly cares about customer service is important. They went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with my purchase. As for the juicer, it saves me so much time. Great price for a cold press and a healthier way to juice. I was using a blender and a nut bag, so the improvement is night and day. It was well packaged and easy to assemble. Functions well and the juice that comes out is great. Plus you can’t beat the health benefits. Overall I am very impressed and would purchase again for a friend. Worth every penny.

I have used it for different fruits and vegetables. Haven't tried anything very coarse yet. But so far it operates as indicated. I have not had any issues so far. I will update if/when I do. Does what is intended. Pretty easy to clean. Comes w/ a cleaning brush as well.

This product is cheap. I bought this June 2023 and the knob broke a month into using and then today, all I did was juice my green veggies as usual and the top broke. I called Amazon and they said I cannot get a replacement and decided to give me a ten dollar gift card. What is that going to do? This is cheap. Save your money, and get a vita mix or another good juicer. Also, these products usually come with one year warranty. This has NON. I asked Amazon and they said it doesn’t. Save your money and time.

I have the smaller of the two styles. It does what it is supposed to do. I think all of these juicers are for the most part the same. Seems to work just as well as the $70 juicer I used to use. I don't understand what people are saying about there being a hazard or danger. Yes, if you take off the whole top including the metal part then the bucket falls down but that's not a danger. The juicer will move around because it's too light weight for the motor but if you put a towel under the machine it stays put. And the top of the juice jar can fall off when pouring but you just put a finger on top and it's fine. I think it's a good juicer for $38.

Didn't want to spend too much on a juicer, seeing as how most of the reviews were very similar. I couldn't find anything that was really highly rated. But wife is very, very happy with it. Says the motor is stronger than her previous one that broke. She also mentioned that with her previous one, she had to clean out the leftover gunk (pulp?) during juicing for the whole family. It would make 2 cups of juice, if she was lucky. With this one, she did not have to. Again, wife is very happy with this juicer.

The blade to small it does not cut the food /veggies properly . Does not seperate most of the juice . It wastes alot of fruit .

I have had it for 2 weeks and so far no issues with it. I will keep everyone informed with a update after 1 month of using it. Overall it’s definitely doing what it is supposed to do.

This is a good juicer as I use mine everyday and it works great. I really liked how fast I got it as mine quit without warning.
