This is a beautiful Pecorino cheese, not too salty, with nutty overtoanes. Good value for money at this price. Super fast dispatch and delivery, direct form Italy via UPS. Delivery was infact faster than Amazon prime in my area (Yorks). Third party seller at AMAZON that just for once I can recomend!

Authentic and great tasting parmesan
I ordered 1 kg of Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan ) D. o. P. 26 and 1 kg of Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan Reggiano) 12 month aged cheese, They arrived yesterday in a very well packaged box along with grease paper and instructions on how to store them after opening. Both the cheeses taste great and have a completely different taste profile from each other which was surprising for me as I had never tasted 12 month and 24/26 months parmesan side by side. Overall I highly recommend the cheese and would order again without second thoughts.

Muy alta calidad, muy buen sabor, queso excepcional.
Autentico sabor umami, perfecto para todo. Perfecto para comer solo con picos de pan. Nada que ver con las pequeñas cuñas de parmesano envasadas en plástico durante años que vende en supermercados con sabores muy discretos y duros como piedras, esto es un queso diferente, un parmesano real tierno y sabroso hasta el extremo. No confundir jamas con el granapadano, que eso no tiene nada que ver y también intentar colar en restaurantes como parmesano. En este queso se siente que no lleva mucho tiempo envasado y su gusto es sublime. El uso del parmesano se ha generalizado para pastas o ensaladas, pero eso no es correcto, ahí no se aprecia su sabor ni aromas cuando se toma mezclado con tomate , especias o vinagre. Claro el queso parmesano que nos vende en España quizás no valga para otra cosa que rallarlo. Este queso quiebra al cortarlo, es perfecto. Un 10 por precio, tradición y calidad a DUE MADONNE LATTERIA. :-) es la tercera vez que lo compro.

Ich werde wieder kaufen. Käse smeckt gute. Den Verkäufer gibt sehr gute Empfehlung wie gute Aufbewahrung im Kühlschrank. Ich habe früher falsch aufbewahrt. Danke an die Verkäufer für alles.
