Squires Ready tempered Isomalt - Yellow

First attempt at using isomalt & pleasantly surprised how easy it was to use. Just a tip... Use quickly as it sets fast. I personally used in a small circles silicone mould for flat discs & only used approx a 3rd of packet & made 10 discs. I did have to reheat a few times as started to set before I could use it all. Good clear discs (try to avoid touching to much after set as I had finger print marks but a learning curve for me)

Brilliant! Very impressed with this product, I used it for an ice castle on a frozen cake by pouring it into a silicone cake tray and letting it half set then bent it into a half circle. Then used it as ice shards by snapping it. I had never used this before but I did have a practice first. It's great and looks very effective.

Easy to use if you know what you’re doing - this stuff gets HOT! I made a snowflake cake topper in a silicone mould and pulled some icicle shapes for decorating a frozen themed cake. Works perfect. Crystal clear unless you reheat a little too much then it starts to frost it go yellowish.

SUPER! easy to use,although quite a small pack for the price...1 pack made 6 ice cubes for the cake i made so i was happy with that!

Great stuff had the desired affect. Quite expensive for a small amount. I didn't quite have enough as there wasn't as much when it was melted.

Love this stuff! Tempered Isomalt is easy to use straight from the pack. Tho, I confess it is taking some time to perfect (or even get the hang of..!) this sugar art!? Looking forward to exploring/playing some more!
