The box is 14" by 17". and 11" deep. It rests on the black bottom, which is about 10" by 12". The bungee cords easily reach up to the handle.

Q: Can you fit a carseat on here whem traveling through airport?

If you are just carrying the empty car seat through the airport with luggage, then yes. If you are wondering if you can pull/push with the baby buckled in, then no. It’s not too sturdy either so make sure you strap your belongings tightly to avoid them falling over.
