Delivery was fine, it came in just a plastic bag which seemed weird but since the product was still in good condition I didn’t mind. It is slightly smaller than I thought and at first was really flat because of the way it was packaged. It plumped right up after a quick cycle through the laundry though and is super fluffy and totally adorable!
