The plastic feels sturdy but very pliable so squeezing it is easy, the insulation is an added bonus and will keep your water cold for longer. But my favorite feature is its secure lid with adjustable water spout, which allows for a great flow compared to some cheaper alternatives. The size of the bottle fits my gravel bike well.
