carbohydrate level is good.in one scoop you are getting 55 gms,but sugar level is very high as 26 gms in one scoop.sugar should not b this much. for beginners its awesome.for those you want to get filled by sugar is good for them,but for those who want lean .sugar level is not good.overall its nice .its europian product .its from belgium...I bought it from market...git genuine product verified it .hence safe and suited me...once again I will buy this product...

This is perhaps the 4th gainer i tried. Could not make out any difference with those. But with this product roughly in 3 weeks i started seeing results. The cosistency is good and Also because maybe the taste was so much better than other gainers tried previously, that i was able to stick to my daily consumption which is very important to see results.
