Very big and chalky…. So hard to swallow

This is, so far, the best Magnesium Glycinate I have tried. Since I am transitioning into menopause, I have difficulty sleeping. I have tried so many brands to get the rest I need, and for some reason, other supplements don't relax me as much as this one does. I know that if I take two tablets (although the dosage is three) before bedtime, I will most likely sleep through the night. Also, I have noticed a difference in my mood throughout the day. I find this is also a great price for the size, especially if you can find it when it's on sale.

Can’t say much as to the efficacy of the supplement. However the size of the pill is large and for my senior throat even half the size is difficult to swallow due to the sharp edges after cutting of the pill. Just saying.
