I am 5’9” and 230# and it is a little small for my thighs.

What’s the difference between the cool gel and the kool gel?

Other than the spelling, I don’t know, since I purchased the Contour Legacy, Leg & Knee Foam Support Pillow which is great. Same shape, good product, no cool or kool gel.

Will the damn chemical smell ever go away?? It gives me headaches.

Mine has no smell. You might want to take the cover off and wash it.
